setting realistic expectations instead of BS just to sell a Mortgage, it compared to dealing with a used car dealership.

Telling me on a monday you locked my interest rate in the day before , on a Sunday? 2 weeks after you told me my payment amount and now its 1% higher and I'm into the process 30 days now. Then I see reviews saying the same thing happened to them! That's shady business tactics . Then I was told the loan amount would be in my checking the day after closing .
