It was great up until the point where a bait and switch was pulled on the interest rate. Then we found out that even though we were told we wouldn't make the new mortgage payment for two months, it was due in a month. I chose MoO based on the rate and the fact we didn't have to start new payments for 2 months - both didn't pan out the way they were supposed to.

I'm sure Eric is very busy, but initially it took weeks to get back in contact with him. I left messages and heard nothing, so I continued to call. Once we got the ball rolling, Eric was very helpful and worked with me to understand exactly what the app asking for. This was very important working exclusively online and I appreciate that. Have stated multiple times that the closing disclosure was incorrect in the amounts listed. Was assured it would be fixed. When receiving the wire, it was at the incorrect amount of the funding, pulling from the cash back the incorrect amounts to send to creditors, that had been given different amounts due, but funding went with the old amount on the disclosure and have not updated. Also NO communication on the process of the payoff "checks" for the required with held amounts from the total closing loan amount. Am not happy ... read more

While we asked for updated statements on those accounts, obtaining them would have delayed the closing, which you did not wish to delay. When we first started speaking to Eric about refinancing our home he gave us a quote as to how much our loan would be. Once we get to the closing disclosures we saw a completely different price. The closing price they gave us was decent but it was definitely a shock given what we were told to expect before. There wasn’t any communication between the first quote and the closing to inform us of this change. Everything else was great but this little bit of information would have made our experience a lot better.

There were a few flaws along the way. I guess it wasn’t his fault, but it was my experience. I felt a bit rushed. Everything was coming at me so fast. I work a fill time job and couldn’t dedicate enough time to what was happening.

Delays pushed back closing and the appraisal seemed slow and had to be sent back. No fault of Jesse though.

This experience was the worst. I have refinanced properties numerous times, and this one lacked communication, commitment, and honesty, and unwilling to correct it when brought to the surface.
