Chandler was wonderful with communication and explaining everything to us as well as getting back with us. We had no complaints with Chandler and would recommend him again. However, the closing was a complete disaster, from the time of closing getting changed to 8pm and the paperwork was not correct because the closing department added extra fees and charges that they did not disclose 3 days prior and we had to complain to have our closing re-evaluated. It was very stressful
