RYANS' KNOWLEDGE AND LEADERSHIP FOR VA LOAN RQUIRMENTS MAKES VA LOANS SMOOTH AND FAST. MY VA LOAN WAS A LITTLE BIT COMPLICATED IN COMPARISON TO OTHER VA LOANS. This was a horrible mistake on my part and I wish I would have chosen anyone but Mutual of Omaha! I was told I would close five days before I actually did and the only reason I did is because I threated to walk away and low and behold I was able to close! I have closed now and I am being charged each day that my loan is not paid off and the response from Mutual of Omaha is NOTHING! You clearly don't care about me, you care about getting paid! Run from this Lender my husband and I felt with Austin and Ryan since April and it was always one more document or one more thing we had to do I was up front and transparent from the get go that our credit would be a challenge here it is September and I told him to cancel the loan and he tells my husband after the fact that now we have gotten the go ahead to proceed. This company really put us in a financial pickle even worse than we already were
