Could never get him directly on the telephone. Should’ve had another number to call along with his supervisors number. I think that communications is very poor. I also found that I had to do a lot of the work and it was very time-consuming. I became very frustrated at times I not receiving an answer and always having to call or text or email chandler. Chandler was wonderful with communication and explaining everything to us as well as getting back with us. We had no complaints with Chandler and would recommend him again. However, the closing was a complete disaster, from the time of closing getting changed to 8pm and the paperwork was not correct because the closing department added extra fees and charges that they did not disclose 3 days prior and we had to complain to have our closing re-evaluated. It was very stressful
