Scott was with me every step of the way to answer any and all questions, and with patience. He was immediately responsive when some post-appraisal needs came up and time was of the essence. In the beginning as I was researching refi rates, I wasn't sure about using a bank that wasn't local or one that I didn't know of - but any concerns dissipated once I started working with Scott. He's a great asset to First Internet Bank of Indiana.

In the months of November and December, I had to wait several days for the response to my emails and phone calls. Because of that I ended up loosing $1600 to extend my rate lock for my loan. I felt like I was targeted for this delay.
