I was half way into a 30 day closing when I realized my initial lender closing costs, interest rate and monthly mortgage was too to pricey for my comfort zone and budget. Kim's response times, knowledge of the rates, competitors, and the process was outstanding. I can't say enough how quickly Kim and team responded to us, even on weekends and a holiday. We went with Mutual of Omaha because.of rates and Kim's responses.
