Robert and the Ohama team got everything done by our expedited closing date. Plus Robert and Ohama has guaranteed an all expenses paid refinance every 6 months with Ohama covering all the appraisal and closing costs so they wouldn't be wrapped into my new loan, that's pretty big! Thanks.
