I worked with Kim Shuey on the mortgage for my first home, and she was the best! Kim was highly responsive, and she always went above and beyond to help me quickly get approved and closed. I especially appreciated how effectively she handled a last-minute mistake on my loan documents made by a third party on the closing date, which I am sure was a stressful situation for her. She also has the most competitive rates and fees, by far. I cannot recommend her enough!

Jake was knowledgeable, helpful and extremely responsive. When my closing hit a snag (due to a title company issue), he jumped on it and got it resolved.
