Kim was responsive and went above and beyond to make sure that my loan was approved quickly and that I was able to close, despite some last-minute errors from my title company. She also had the most competitive rates and fees.

Jared Green and Matt Rassmusen were both very communicative and knowledgeable throughout the process. They handled all of the buyers questions, even late at night. They closed the loan in less than 30 days which was fantastic. They really did a great job and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home. They also got my buyer a great rate and good terms. This was my first time working with Mutual of Omaha and I hope to work with you again in the future.
