Stephanie and her assistant Susan Thom went above and beyond with my mortgage experience. It all happened during the holiday season, with lots of travel on my end. They were communicative the entire time and ensured I was ready for closing. It was a great experience!

Kim was very knowledgeable about the process, and being a first-time home buyer it was very welcomed and appreciated. She was diligent about keeping up with the documentation needed and what steps took place at which times. She was always available for a quick call if I didn't understand something and was patient in finding the right answers for us.
