mark is awesome to work with! he always picked up my calls and returned my text msgs. he had a wealth of knowledge and understood the market very well. i was thinking about locking in but he advised to let it "float" and get the interest rate even lower. he locked it in for me 2 days later and he was spot on. saved me an additional $100 bucks a month. mark was east coast time and i was pacific time. after a full day of viewing houses. i needed an updated pre-approval letter to put in an offer. it was almost 12am his time. ... read more
