Eric was quick to handle everything, great communicator, and efficient! Due to my work (work long hours with no privacy to take calls) and life schedule, email is often my only option for working with people and this worked GREAT with Eric. Jake Longhta was ALWAYS available, and amazingly responsive to all of my questions. I was at first skeptical because I had not heard of First Mortgage Direct / Solutions and they had quoted me great rates beating out every other lender.  I can't believe it, but we closed with Jake and his team (including Christa) in under 3-weeks.  I'm in cyber security, and I was also very pleased that all of the sensitive document transfers took place over a secure file drop portal and not via email.
