In my initial conversations we had agreed to a 20 day escrow turns out when later raised I was told that she did not remember having that conversation at all! Turned out to be just like every other escrow.

This was the fourth mortgage company that we have used, and by far the best. They gave us an excellent rate on our VA loan ( a quarter of a percent below most other lenders). Our loan officer, Ryan, was very prompt about processing a pre-approval letter for us. When we had to get a letter for a larger amount, he had it back to us within an hour.
