Mark with First Mortgage Direct was extremely responsive from day one. No matter whether I contacted him by email or phone, he answered all of my questions, even after hours and on weekends. Was able to close at the terms discussed during our initial conversation. Was able to complete all paperwork on a very short time frame, me and my wife were both leaving the area so closing on time was important. I'm old school but with Rob's help we were able to complete all paperwork, except for the final signing, online. We hit a snag when it was discovered that there were several liens on our house, Rob and his team got them cleared up so we could still close on time. It was an easy low stress process.
