It didn’t matter if I e-mailed him early in the morning or late in the evening, I always got a response within a few minutes. You can tell that he has been doing the job for a while because he was asking me to gather documents that the underwriter would ask for that wasn’t part of the loan application. Upon initially talking to Jake he said they would easily beat the rates of the other bank I was shopping. I doubted it because it was a big bank. But Jake did by a lot! Thanks, Jake!

Jake was upfront, personable and honest with me throughout the whole experience. I refinanced my home and he helped with the specifics of the loan and what the process would consist of. The loan process was quick and he did everything in his power to answer all of my questions and give me the best deal on the market. The only downside was the credit pull taken before I got a quote. If that happened for every situation I needed a quote, my credit score would be 100 points lower. Thanks Jake!

Rob was very prompt throughout the whole process between pre-approval and closing. We closed on time without any hiccups from the lender side. I would definitely recommend Rob and NBKC bank to anyone looking for a good rate and a responsive lender.
