I've been in touch with Ryan Pichardo at BOKF for some time now to discuss somewhat complicated loan and purchase questions to allow us to get another house. Ryan and his assistant, Erik, were both fantastic to deal with. Who knew mortgage loans could actually be painless, especially a VA loan? I dreaded the process and I’m a lender by day. We were in the process of building a new home. I researched many different lenders, including local banks and credit unions, my builders preferred lender, and even online lenders. I found NBKC through Costco. They are preferred lenders for Costco members. After extensively reviewing and comparing, NBKC beat out all the other lenders.
