I don't typically provide public reviews, but I felt as though it was warranted for all the skeptics, such as myself. I was originally extremely hesitant of all the rave reviews of not only Rob, but NBKC as a whole. I can happily attest that the positive reviews were indeed reflective of the service we received. Rob was available to answer questions via email, phone, and text... and responded promptly, even on weekends and evenings. We will look to Rob & NBKC as our first choice for our next mortgage product.

Our experience with Rob Ferger was outstanding. Rob provided excellent ideas with solutions to fit our specific situation. When asking for documentation, he made it clear what he needed and never asked twice (not our experience with other lenders). He locked in a rate that was better than we expected. I have worked with Ryan on a purchase or refinance 5 or 6 times now. Yes, really! Each time he has been responsive, personable, and has gone above and beyond. I would highly recommend him to absolutely anyone. He calls spades spades and will tell you if he thinks your decision is ill advised. I worked with Rob at NBKC through the Costco Mortgage program. Rob's an all-star! He had my pre-approval letter to me within 24 hours of my documentation submittal. He kept in touch via text as I house-hunted and I never felt any pressure. Kudos to Rob and NBKC, I highly recommend them.

He was quick and easy to get ahold of! Also never made you feel uncomfortable about any of the steps along the way! Would definitely going through again if ever needed!
