When I first started shopping for a mtg I sent inquiries to every co. I could find. Jake called and my immediate impression was he is persistent and a little cocky. He told me he was the best and he had the best interest rate. He said anything else is immaterial. Well I had nothing to lose so I gave him a shot. Boy am I glad I did. He & his underwriter were amazing. They are knowledgeable, efficient and quick to respond to any of my concerns. And yes we got the best interest rate!
