Jake was always really professional and made clear from the benining how the process was going to be. His first numbers were really accurate to what I got at the end, probably better. It was a hard decision for us doing this but at the end was the best to consolidate debt. I will definetely recommend Mutual of Omaha due the fact of the experience that Jake provided.
