Working with Jeff on my mortgage loan was badass, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive (I called and emailed so many times often asking the same question over and over). He took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my decisions... I submitted my application to many lenders. Nobody else came close.

Earlier follow up on critical items for approval. Unique HOA situation, however would have been better to work through in weeks leading up to closing instead of delaying closing.

Whitney was amazing right from the initial call! She was super knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. Always available to answer any questions and she really took the time to make sure my wife and I fully understood every step of the process.
