He did an excellent job! He was very kind and knowledgeable when we were refinancing. When I asked any questions about things I was not well versed in he was polite and prompt! I would do business with him and this company again for sure!

Amanda Park is a true professional, always prompt with replies and this mortgage process was so smooth and easy. This is my second time working with Amanda park, previously at her prior firm but she did such a wonderful job that I followed her to Omaha Mortgage. Jared and his team were excellent to work with! I highly recommend the Mutual of Omaha Mortgage team. They were all knowledgeable and helpful. Their quick responses to our questions reassured us throughout the process. They provided any required documents and examples in advance, so we did not have to hurry. Jake was always really professional and made clear from the benining how the process was going to be. His first numbers were really accurate to what I got at the end, probably better. It was a hard decision for us doing this but at the end was the best to consolidate debt. I will definetely recommend Mutual of Omaha due the fact of the experience that Jake provided.
