It was really good. Things clipped along, and everything was settled much faster than I thought possible. Mark was great; he gave a realistic version of all transactions so I would have good expectations of what was happening. Anything that happened contrary to what he said was for the better: my refinancing giving me more of a cash-out than expected, and money in my account sooner than expected. Would definitely use Mutual of Omaha and Mark Brown again.

Mark was very knowledgeable and consistently helpful. His response time is impeccable, it didn't matter what form of communication I chose. Working with him and Lisa was the best experience. He told me he knew a lot about football, but I think he knows more about the business he's in. I told him when we got done with this if it turned out to be half as easy as he said it would, I would put in a shout out so this one's for him, "GO BULLDOGS!"

Constant communication, pleasant personality and honest answers to our questions. Eric was helpful from our first email throughout the loan process until the loan was funded. What we loved about Eric when he said he would call us he did even if it was late in evening. If I ever need any other loan I will be calling Eric Moss Dennis And Cathy

We had to do it twice because of the date my house was put in my name Eric was on it and called me when it was time to redo and got it done perfectly before my renovations were to start
