Eric was extremely personable and a wealth of knowledge when walking me through options and recommendations. Spoke highly of the Mutual Omaha Team and I never felt pressure or annoying high pressure sales tactics. As a matter of fact, I opted to waive off Chase Bank after talking to Eric. The speed and consistency in which you communicated. There were frequently times where we were waiting for things to be processed, etc. but you continued to correspond so that we knew the ball was still rolling.
