Nathan was really great. His associate was very pleasant but not so competent. She didn’t believe I had an authorized copy of my wife’s death certificate. She wanted me to travel to state offices to make sure it was an original. She also wasn’t happy with the Trust summary I had which had never been an issue with anyone else. Nathan provided the most friendly service I have ever received
