Nathan ask all the right questions and got me thinking of what I want to accomplish with this loan; my credit union was willing to give me what I wanted, but not what I needed... and at a higher rate too.

Nathan was very nice took his time explained everything to me every step of the way. He always made sure that I was comfortable with what was happening and answered all of my questions. This was my first time receiving a home loan and Nathan and his team made it as easy as they possibly could they helped me every step of the way. My experience with Nathan was extremely pleasant. I suffered from some head trauma recently which caused temporary short term memory loss. Nathan was very patient with me, and he was very willing to explain things a second or third time, when needed, and I could not have asked for anyone nicer to work with. Nathan was wonderful to work with. He really listened to what my goals were for my re-fi. He is very knowledgeable, and when my appraisal came back lower than I had hoped for, he was able to switch gears and still help me get the money I wanted. He answered all my questions and made me very comfortable with the whole process.

Nathan first engaged us a month ago. I was trying to determine between him and two other lenders, between all three Nathan was most attentive, he checked weekly sometimes daily, where the other two I rarely heard from unless I became aggravated. Nathan indicated that we would close within a month and promise was kept we did, I dont feel we would have with the other 2. Because of my experience with Loan Pal I will definitely be back when refinancing one of other homes.
