If you are looking for a professional, personable, mortgage lender look no further!! He followed up with me after I had redone my loan to get monies out a year ago to tell me about dropping my interest rate almost a full point, and he already had me at a great interest rate, so now I couldn’t be more pleased!!

never worried about how the loan was going. i recieved updates from emails and phone calls. a smooth refi. i highly recommend and will be using again.

Nathan, was wonderful from the first time we spoke.I had already been turned down by Loan Depot, because I didn't have enough income coming in.Nathan, explained to me that different companies looked at income other ways, and that he was almost sure he could help me.So he took many information and was able to get me approved.There were times I had to fax him information, and my fax machine wasn't the best, but he was so patienct with me, and when he turned me over to the next person, he still would check in on me.If there wer... read more

Nathan is so much different from other mortgage specialist I dealt before. He is very patient, knowledgeable in all aspects of the loan process, always calls and give me updates! I don't need to call him for the status of my loan because he will be the one to call to give the status. He is very professional on what he does and has a word of honor. Thank you Nathan!

Mr. Nathan and his associates were professional and explained everything about the process (even when I asked the same question!) He made sure I understood the process, what they needed from me and what I could expect from them. They worked with me to get things set up and completed the way we discussed.
