If I could do zero stars I would. This company did the closing documents for our buyer of our house. What should have taken a month tops took two months. They kept changing the closing date and the communication was next to nothing. If you want to close in a timely manner don't use this company.
While working with Mutual of Omaha, our Mortgage application was delayed by three days beyond the communicated deadline. As the sale is now at risk due to The Mutual of Omaha. I am sincerely disappointed with my experience. Despite multiple points of contact from agents, the attorney, and me, there was no reason for the delay communicated to us. Thus leaving us in the dark. Consider other lenders if you would like a better home-buying experience.
