Joe was amazing. He was quick to respond, very helpful, explained everything in a way that made complete sense, answered all of my questions even the silly ones and was very communicative. Also let me know ahead of time about how providing the clsoing costs would work so I could run and take care of it without worry about how to balance that and everything else I have to do. Rachel, the underwriter, made sure I knew what documents were needed with plenty of of notice before they were due. The app made the process effortless.... read more

Fees were not all explained. I reached out numerous times and response was good, just felt that he should have kept me updated on progress and explained delays/processes. Title company Finally sent email link of signed contract. Again, I had to request this. Better followup would have been appreciated.
