Joe was knowledgeable and stayed on top of it throughout the process. His assistant, Rachel, was also especially kind and helpful . I would highly recommend this team if you're hoping to refinance your home . I'm planning to downsize soon and hope I may be able to work with them again related to a mortgage for my new purchase.
