First I don't blame Ayrula. His services were as good as he could do. The rest of the loan team was problematic. Too many multiple requests for the information that was already given. Many items I sent then resent which prolonged the process by nearly 30 days. If Ayrula would go to another company I would gladly recommend him to friends or

The underwriter demands were excessive

Ayrula was a 9th of 10 but other departments within Mutual of Omaha and the companies hired for appraisals and etc were barely acceptable
