Michael was great but this did not go smoot at all. If I could back out now I would. Wrong amounts were sent to my mortgage company shorting my pay out. Now I have to wait to receive the overage back and I get it won't be the right amount. This is poor communication between you guys and the lawyers. This has been an overall terrible expeircnece.

I am inundated with mailings. Several days FOUR envelopes from MOO have arrived. My first payment was due December 1. December 1 I received a letter stating to send my payment to a different address as my mortgage had been sold. I had already mailed the payment AS I DID NOT WANT TO BE LATE. I mailed my check for two payments one week prior to when it was due. The check still has not cleared. Your marketing is annoying and intrusive. Four mailings a day is ridiculous. Joe Luzzi was very helpful and explained everything when we needed something. Rachel Reilly on the other hand should be retrained or moved to a different position. Her incompetence at her current position is borderline horrendous. If it wasn't for Joe Luzzi, we would have gone with a different company.

First of all I had zero contact or interactions with Michael Harris… our loan originator was Tim Delaney and he was just a great person to work with. Our loan processor was Tracee Stafford. She was ok but there were more than a couple of delays waiting for responses from her. On two occasions I had to inconvenience Mr. Delaney for help.

IT took almost 6 months to get this done. You certainly couldn't be called Quicken Loans. We had to send the same items multiple times. There were constant errors on the loan documents and closing paper.

We have had experience with residential, commercial, construction, mortgage and refinance over the years, but nothing compares to our experience with MOM. 5 months to get this deal done. In the last several weeks we were ask to submit or resubmit information that coulda/shoulda been called for earlier. It is like there was a complete disconnect among the various departments (particularly underwriting) even this survey is a continuation of this clown show as we never dealt with Michael Harris and have no idea who he is.
