Everything but the wait. The entire process was easy and streamlined until the very end. I’m going on day 10 without the ACH transfer happening. I hope I am not paying interest on money I have not received.

Friendly staff Excellent communication, had to work through some unusual circumstances which took some time. What more can I say, they were very friendly.
The loan process was not always good and easy. I ended up with about 3 different applications going and 2 were to be cancelled but never were while I was trying to get the loan. This was frustrating. I chose Mutual of Omaha because I have used them in the past.
