Quick, smooth and thorough I dreaded doing this and a very busy person so I appreciated the quick and smooth process. I was comfortable with the process and all was explained in black and white without red tap. I received a better interest rate with Mutual of Omaha compared to other companies, which you think is a set rate. I thought that until I got a better rate.
