Pretty smooth transaction Chad was friendly and helped clearly explain the process and kept us updated! Overall a pretty good experience!
Excellent service David hentrick was awesome although we didn't go the route I thought we was going to he went through so many different options and found one that would work he did so much research and went so far out of his way to help me with my loan he did a fantastic job I would recommend this guy to anyone ten out of ten
Chris Beggs was excellent to work with Chris Beggs was our loan officer contact and provided excellent education early on in the loan search, even while I openly shopped around. Omaha Mutual offered the best effective rate when decision time came, and when rates dropped, Chris went the extra mile to get us taken care of well. Service level in communication speed and flexibility exceeded expectations. Would work with Chris and Mutual of Omaha again!

Fair Service Dylan was very helpful. However, Mutual Of Omaha did not make this transaction as smooth and quick as it should have been. I would welcome working with Dylan again in the future but will never do business with Mutual of Omaha again in and capacity. Delayed the closing over 30 days. Had me sign incorrect ppw then charged me a second time to sign corrected ppw. Dylan, thanks for your help.
No complaints Even with a relatively tight closing everything went about as smoothly as could be expected. As well, the agent i spoke with was always very friendly and relaxed which is what you need when going through anything so stressful.
Good but should have been better. Overall they were okay but they need to update their procedures and communication. The time from applying to closing was on par the last time I refinanced with another company. The main issue we had was our auto loan not being included which was part of the plan. We did a refinance and cash out. In fact, we are the ones that discovered the auto loan was not included 1 day before closing. I called my loan officer, he was not aware and looked into and we were told the auto loan could not be in... read more
Solid but could have been better Felt like the company did not care until the end of the month and then did every thing it could to get things completed. Did not like the appraisal or appraiser, It was far below other appraisals I had gotten in the past and to the company's advantage. May have just been a bad appraiser though. Jayme as fantastic.
