Pretty smooth Scott worked really hard for us and made everything go pretty smooth. I would definitely use him again in the future
Clear communication, good opportunity to consolidate debt and refinance. Zoie was always available for questions. The terms were acceptable. I'm thrilled to have credit card debt eliminated - even though my interest for my the first mortgage was higher.

What a great experience! Almost everyone know the result of going online to research current rates for various types of loans. Mortgage loan officer was very helpful. This was my first experience securing a HELOC. I must say that my loan officer, Mark Brown was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable of how a HELOC loan would benefit me in what I was trying to achieve. The process with Mutual of Omaha Mortgage was very easy to understand and follow. I would recommend entering a loan agreement with Mark and his associates for anyone looking for a HELOC loan.
It was a long drawn out anxiety filled 6months When I called to check on the progress of the loan I was repeatedly reassured that everything was moving along normally when suddenly I received a request for payment/reimbursement of funds associated with the appraisal. It was very good. The process was simple and Jenna and the team were very helpful through the process. All my questions were answered with quick responses.
Less work more reward Less work, more reward I spent maybe 10 mins filling out the applications and another 1-2 hours getting all my documentation together, everything else was handled by the company.
