Easy. Very smooth. Process was simple. They use their app to do most of heavy lifting. Very simple to use. Most of paperwork done through app. Craig Lombardi helps every step of the way. Appreciate Rochelle too. Responds to texts, emails, and calls promptly and very professional and friendly.
They provided what I requested. Process went longer than expected and I had reach out to get information more often than I should have.
