Quick turnaround I made initial contact with Maricia on August 30. Today is September 29, and everything is finalized and ready to close. I'm doing a refinance on an owner-financed home; I never expected it to go this smoothly or quickly. Efficient and easy! Greg was efficient and timely in every step of my home refinance. He was always available to answer questions and worked to make the process as easy as possible for me. There were no surprises through the process, either- he explained everything and everything happened just as he said it would. I appreciated that very much! I think my closing costs were a little high with Royal United, but overall I was very pleased with my loan and grateful for the help that Greg provided.
Working with Royal and Maricia Maricia was great to work with she answered all my questions and also when any problems would arise she walked me through the procedures to get the paperwork completed. Home Loan After making contact with Maricia, she went out of her way to make my loan happen as soon as possible. On the day of closing Maricia had taken the day off, but she had provided us with her personal phone number. Thank goodness she did as our notary had given the incorrect address for closing, I called Maricia and not only did she find the correct address her office also called to make sure that we had found the correct building to close the loan. Quick and Painless We had been wanting to refinance for quite some time as we still had a high interest rate on a mortgage we took out 19 years ago.
