Good Experience It was very easy to refinance with this lender, the loan person I dealt with was extremely responsive. When I asked to have them callback during a timeframe I could speak with him, Jeremy Cooley was prompt. He was also quick to get me the answers I needed to make the decision on what type of refinance offer would work best for my situation.

Jeremy, our loan officer, became a 'friend from afar' who never gave us a reason to doubt or question or concern ourselves during the whole loan process. Refinancing our mortgage Jeremy Cooley was our Loan Officer w/our refinance and he made it as easy & smooth as possible. Closing was in 2 weeks just as he had promised. I was a bit worried because I had never refinanced before & never used a long distance company where everything was basically done via emails and online. He responded to our calls & emails promptly and in the end it all worked out best for us. I was actually just looking for a home equity loan but refinance turned out to be best for us.
