A great loan officer working for a great company! Maricia Quesada was extremely helpful and really pushed to get my loan as quickly as possible as I had some debt and she knew the urgency in having that taken care of. Painless Closing! I was thinking about doing a re-fi and consolidating my HELOC into a 15 from a 30. I did a lending tree inquire and I had several responses but I wasn't comfortable with giving information over the phone.
