I called MyGuy Plumbing 1/2 hr. before closing last night about my water heater leaking. Mike came this morning & was honest, professional & patient. Turned out it was just the expansion tank. He took the time to show me & explain how it all works and what needed to be done. He was very patient with me & my crazy cat Squiggy. That really meant a lot to me! Thanks again!
My hot water heater was leaking from the emergency valve and filling a 5 gallon bucket in a day. Called my guy plumbing in the morning and they were out in the afternoon. 2 hours later, new hot water heater and all is good. Guys are polite, easy to talk too and explained everything... Thanks guys
Extremely professional and knowledgeable! Respectful of your home...wore shoe covers when they arrived and then laid out blankets through the house where they would walk including where they worked and laid out tools, etc. They took the time to explain everything including the different options I had on how to resolve my problem. So happy to have found MyGuy!!
