Had this company come out to fix an issue they charged me $1200 guaranteed their work problem continued they came back out and said I needed $30,000-40,000 worth of new heating system … had someone else come and replaced the same part they charged me 1200 for so much for work guaranteed the part they installed was defective and cheap as it was explained to me … problem is now fixed but not thanks to my guy plumbing . Thank you

I knew I was in trouble when the guy sat in my hallway for over 10 minutes playing around with a tablet in order to get me a Price! This $20 aftermarket item took 15 Minutes to install for a grand total of $364.66. ??? Yes replacing these on my bathroom sink took a few minutes and cost me $364.66. ??? Weren’t even Moen parts? Charged me just to provide an estimate for installing a new hot water heater when no other plumber did. Their price was 2x the others too. No thanks
