Pleasant No cable service. Had to buy toliet paper. Chair height toliets would have been great. I LOVED THE LOCATION. THE PRESENCES OF AN ELEVATOR. WASHER AND DRYER IN UNIT SINCE THERE WAS NO TOWEL SERVICE.

Overall, my stay was enjoyable! I didn't like the fact the security guard on duty could not help me find my room. This was rather scary, because if there was an emergency and someone needed to get to my room quickly (well I'd rather not complete that thought). I also didn't like the fact that my room code was changed during my stay, and after a long day at the beach, I had to call several people before finding someone to assist me with getting in my room. I am sorry for your challenge during your stay. the security guards are not associated with myrtlewood villas. they are for the HOA and security only. If you were a late check in the code is only valid for 1 day until you check in with us, if you had checked in and the code was not working, we do apologize for that as sometimes the units will require reboot. I do apologize and I will address the lock issue with maintenance and have them check to make sure it is working order

It was a great 2 days away from home and was enjoyed by all! the tv stations were horrible!! I'm from NC, so it would have been better if there was a tv guide or something. One of the toilets were slow to fill and one of the rooms were dusty. The floor was dusty and yes, I swept up and dusted a little!! Everything was well. I asked for a blender. The receptionist said she would let housekeeping know, but I did not get it. I won't complain about that, because I made it work.
