I love this apartment condo. My kids enjoy themselves the stairs. need elevators very spacious and quiet nobody bother you.

We appreciate your recent stay with us and love hearing back from our guests. Unfortunately we only handle everything inside the unit and the HOA is in charge of the outside of the units. We would love the ability to have elevators added to the units but that is out of our control. please feel free to ask for lower floors next time you book with us and we will do everything in our power to get that request met for you
the stay was great booking.com I will never use again I loved everything about the place the only thing I had a problem with was the booking.com I paid 384 and some change got charged because we didn’t get there until late that I had to pay two deposits and the money I had for the trip was all the money I had. I will never book through booking.com straight through the website! they stealing money and not explaining everything when they suppose to explain this is my hard working money I used!!!

Never stayed I didn't like the fact that my reservation wasn't found. I previously spoke to a staff member and she instructed me to pay the remaining balance upon arrival. My reservation still showed confirmed all the way up until the date of check-out. The place we ended up staying was not up to par with our vacation expectations. We arrived only to find we didn't have a reservation. It was not found. Therefore, we had to stay somewhere else. The property looked nice in appearance. I am sorry if there was confusion on the status of your reservation. it looks like the Deposit was declined so it was cancelled. We would love for you to come back anytime, if you want to call direct if you are having troubles booking, but we do require the 1st night room and tax at time of booking.
Exceptional the key # isn't working properly, take more than 5 minutes to open the room every Time, it's very annoying the room is clean and comfortable ,
