It was an amazing, quick getaway. Access code was cut off before check out time. We loved being near the golf course. It was quiet and we really enjoyed the space. We will be back.

We appreciate your recent stay with us and love hearing back from our guests. Unfortunately the locks are programmed to reset at 9 am day of check out and we do not have control of that. We can always issue you a temp code to get back into the room if you need in after 9 am day of check out.

Exceptional bad map directions, I feel it should be street signs telling you where to go I like the space

I do apologize that the directions were a little confusing to you. Unfortunately the HOA is in charge of the signs issued and we are not able to place anymore signs that what is already street-side. I will make note of the confusion and see if we can make the directions more clear on our end for our guests. We appreciate your feedback
Great stay The time for a maintenance repair. Took way to long considering there was an alarm beeping from 10pm our first night at check in until 4:30pm the next afternoon. Request at office 9:30 am on the second day. The maintenance guys were really sweet and fixed the problem very quickly once they arrived. I liked the Condo it was spacious. I liked the ease of checking in after hours. Loved the location. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool area. Was really relaxing in the hot tub.

I do apologize that it took longer than expected to get to your unit to fix the Dishwasher beeping. We do take maintenance requests in order they are received and some do take longer than others to fix. I am happy to hear they took care of the situation and we appreciate the feedback and hope to use this to guide our staff in their efforts.
