They get a lot of groups, weddings here, and people can be very loud late into the night
Also, as an "Expedia Platinum Member," I should be receiving "Free Room Upgrades", in addition to other perks. Called Expedia, they were useless, barely spoke English & read verbatim what Expedia posts online about VIP status & upgrades. Had no choice but to book the suite prior to arrival, or it wouldn't have been available. (I should be compensated for the difference.) Hotel is nice - overpriced - the bed was terrible - springs in the bed - my view was of the roof ! Paid 330 for the this room- rip off Front desk lady was rude too
