Heat didn’t work. Refrigerator didn’t work. Horrible communication between staff dealing with problems. Manager objected to giving me anything at all for a day plus of problems of 3 night stay because I received a good deal through Expedia.
I booked a king room through Expedia and upon checkin, was give a double bed room. They stated that they sold out of King rooms. This was horrible customer service with zero compensation. I complained and mysteriously they had a King room that I booked and paid for within 10minutes. Never will I stay at a Marriott Hotel if this is their practice and creating a poor customer experience!

Clean and lovely employees but they have issues to Arrived for a concert at Mohegan Sun, at 3’ to be told kitchen/ bar not open till 4:00 . We sat in the lobby (very cold) till 4 and had a glass of wine, told restaurant does not open till 5, finally placed our order, waited till almost 6 to eat. Then we waited till to get the bill. Not happy. Average hotel. Stayed 3 nights over labour day weekend. On saturday, when we got back to hotel in the evening, they hadn't cleaned the room or changed towels and did not make up bed. When phoning down to front desk, they said they dont have anyone to clean. We paid $550 for that one night! Receptionist was rude.
I booked this hotel with a rate online of $199.00 per night. When I checked out they said the rate was $349.00. Feels like I got cheated and do not plan to use Expedia ever again!
