My husband and I recently purchased a mattress at the downtown Naples Mattress and had the absolute pleasure of working with Shirley. She was knowledgeable, patient and answered all our questions and concerns. Purchased a new home and King size bed came with it. Couldn't stand the low quality mattress (previous owners purchased from wholesale club for 6 night guests) that caused me to wake up in pain every day. Didn't bother shopping around because, I learned after my last 3 day search, no other mattress store in town has the winning trio: great quality mattresses, awesome no pressure staff & owner that listen, AND best prices in town.
Buying a mattress is never easy or fun but everyone at Naples Mattress made the process a little easier. After shopping around I ended up at Naples Mattress and wish I had started there. When everyone else said it would take 1-2 weeks to get a mattress, they delivered within 2 days. Not only did I get a good price and excellent financing, their customer service is outstanding. Mike promptly greeted us, and seemed to take more time learning about us as opposed to showing us all the great "deals" which we found really weren't at 3 other stores.
