This is by far the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. First, when their sales rep was selling me the mattress, i specifically said I « do not » want a credit card for financing the mattress however when I looked on my credit report I saw a bank I’ve never heard of with a debt for $900. They do not tell you the details of your purchase which EVERY customer is entitled to. Then I called the store and another rep Larry was being rude saying he had to work and can’t help me.
