AMAZING!!! I can not say enough about this company, the product we bought the Sherwood Resort II mattress, and the employees are just great. We had Patty help us pick out out mattress and we love it! I truly did not realize the hip pain that I had was caused by my mattress, but I have now had two nights of sleep without pain! I cannot believe it! Mike and Jerry were both super helpful. We exchanged our first mattress for a more comfortable one no problem. Also, the second mattress we wanted was unexpectedly out of stock so they loaned us one until it came in. Great service, low pressure.
I purchased a split/king mattress last week. The sales associate, Mike couldn’t have been more helpful to us as we were just starting to furnish our condo. We were sleeping on the floor and he was not about to let that continue. The mattress I ordered would not be in until December, so sent our base over with a new mattress to use with mattress protector the very next day! Thank you Mike and your delivery crew, you saved our backs!! We will be sure to let people know that Naples mattress is the place to shop!
