I found Shirley to be very knowledgeable and very patient in her presentation of various models. A welcome change from pushy sales types. I bought 3 matress' and one was just too soft, and as promised they took it back a few months later no questions asked under their exchange program. I highly recommend this company and this location as well John Priestly, just moved to Naples from Toronto , Ontario.
