I was working with Pete talking and texting for weeks. He told me my application was approved with a green light to pick out a car. I told him I wanted to wait and save up money for a down payment. He said he talked to his colleagues about my situation and if I could have little to no down payment would that help? I whole heartedly redact my first review. This company sold me a lemon. The GM George told me out his mouth "take ownership of my car". 3 months of owning my car it broke down. I purchased extended warranty from AGWS that they offered. On June 28, I initially got a quote from Jims Auto, a reputable mechanic that handles the fleet for Comcast. Let me start with the fact that when you are pre authorized for a loan through their website(through Capital One) you are not able to see your offer UNTIL you come in. Red flag of a SCAM. I called Capital One because I was getting mixed messages on the site, and they told me that they couldn’t even see the offer on their end. My experience with Naryan was terrible acted like I was not there once they approved me they gave me the run around. The only one there with great customer service was Julio. His customer service is top notch !!!!
